Scandinavian Military Studies is a close cooperation between the Royal Danish Defence College, the Norwegian Defence University College, the Centre for Military Studies, University of Copenhagen and the Swedish Centre for Studies of Armed Forces and Society. Through its open access journal (Scandinavian Journal of Military Studies) and monograph series, the SMS aims to publish research and development work, divided into three tracks.
